Our property owner and resident clients have access to online portals which allow our residents to make rent payments and schedule property maintenance with ease.  Our owner clients via their Owner Portal have access to view monthly and yearly financials along with viewing the scheduled ACH payments of their rent disbursements, copies of lease agreements and other pertinent documents related to the property and property management.
